Dear Cairo Residents,
The Cairo Unit School District #1 school board will be conducting a public sale of two district surplus vehicles. They vehicles are:
1. 2004 Gray Ford F-150 (VIN:2FTRF1729CA54317) Condition: Extremely used/Functional
2. 2007 Maroon Dodge Caravan (VIN:1D4GP24EX7B181945) Condition: Extremely used/Functional
Sealed bids will be accepted in the district office by the superintendent and the district bookkeeper from Monday, February 5, 2024 to Thursday, February 29, 2024 at 4PM. The highest bid for each vehicle will be accepted as the winning bid. This public sale is for Cairo residents only. You must show your Cairo drivers license or ID card before your bid is accepted. The winning bid recipients will be notified Friday, March 1, 2024. Surplus vehicles can be viewed in the front of CJSHS next to the marquee.
