Our schools have a parent liaison on staff to assist teachers in maintaining proactive and meaningful contact with parents and guardians.  Research indicates that children whose parents become involved in their child's education make substantially greater gains than children whose parents do not participate in their education. 

 

Therefore, parents are encouraged to play an active role in their children's lives.  Our schools strive to provide parents with opportunities such as home visits, parent/teacher conferences, arranged classroom volunteers, and various other school functions to make involvement possible.

 

The schools have a combined Parent/Staff Organization that meets monthly, on the 2nd Monday of each month during the school year.  We would like to encourage all parents to participate in PSO meetings and activities. This support is appreciated by the administration, the staff, and the students.
