The 4th Annual Smooth Jazz on The River Festival returns to enchant the Tri-State area with World-Class Music and Artistry. The much-anticipated Jazz Festival is set to grace the Cairo, IL region Labor Day Weekend, September 1st & 2nd at Fort Defiance Park from 3-11PM.

This year’s edition promises to be captivating showcase of exceptional talent and cultural diversity transforming Cairo into a haven for jazz enthusiasts.
In addition to the remarkable music experiences, the festival will feature culinary, apparel, jewelry, and art vendors, a classic car show, horse carriage rides, VIP tent and fireworks on Saturday night.

The Harold S. Jones Fine Arts Center is proud to partner with the State of Illinois Department of Natura Resources, corporate sponsors, and donors to make this event free to the general public.
