Notice is hereby given that Cairo Community Unit School District 1 (“District”), Illinois, is intending to address energy conservation and savings measures at its facilities through a guaranteed energy savings contract pursuant to 105 ILCS 5119b-1 et seq. The Illinois Department of Public Health is partnering with Alexander/Pulaski County NAACP, First Missionary Baptist Church, and Shawnee Community College’s Cairo Campus, to bring free vaccine clinics to Cairo, IL during the month of February.
