The Cairo Board of Education will soon be conducting interviews to replace a school board member. Interested parties should contact, and forward letters of interest and resumes to Keeshia Carr at kcarr@cairoschooldistrict1.com

 

Appointee must be on the date of election or appointment a US Citizen, at least 18 years of age, a resident of Illinois and the District for at least one year immediately preceding the election and a registered voter.

 

Timeline
October 4: Last day to submit a resume and letter of interest.
October 11: School Board member interviews.
October 20: New School Board member seated
